The first still of akshay kumar’s Gabbar movie is out.Gabbar is action drama film, directed by Krish and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.

 It features Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood and Sunil Grover will play important supporting roles. Kareena Kapoor Khan in cameo appearance role. The music composed by Sajid-Wajid.Gabbar  will release year. 

It is an official remake of the 2002 critically and commercially successful Tamil Director A. R. Murugadoss film Ramana, starring Vijaykanth in the lead. The original was remade in Telugu as Tagore with Chiranjeevi in the lead and then in Kannada as Vishnu Sena with Vishnuvardhan in the lead role. 

The film first offered to A. R. Murugadoss to be directed by. Later it went to Krish. Gabbar is debut movie for krish in hindi films.Kirsh is successful director in Telugu films.

 It will be the second time Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Akshay Kumar team up after the success of Rowdy Rathore
