Bollywood Actress Sameera Reddy and Mumbai Business man Akshai Varde’s low key wedding was unlike any Bollywood affair.It was a Maharashtrian style wedding attended by Sameera and the groom's close family members and friends.

Sameera met Mumbai-based business man Akshai Varde two and a half years ago during a bike shoot and started dating soon after. Akshai co-owns Vardenchi motorcycles, a company that designs customised bikes.

The duo got engaged in a private ceremony at Sameera's Bandra residence on 14 December, 2013. They were reportedly planning to get married in April this year, but advanced the wedding date as both their families were together in the city at the same time. 

we saw the once King of good times Vijay Mallya and designer Neeta Lulla’s daughter Nishka Lulla. Sameera looked beautiful in a silk saree by Neeta Lulla and henna covered hands, while Akshai added a zing to his traditional ensemble by taking a cool ride on a customised Vardenchi motorcycle to the wedding mandap.

 The newlyweds posed for the gathered shutterbugs. The ceremony took place at Reddy’s Bandra residence and the venue was decorated with white flowers.
